The spout isn't on the gun it's on your car. The other thread tells you where to look for it in the wiring harness.

Here's a pic of it on an F150 (I couldn't find a pic of one on a Mustang)

Nothing plugs into the SPOUT. You unplug it to set initial advance, leaving it in will allow the computer to advance the ignition as needed. By removing the SPOUT you disable outside control of the timing and can set it without interference.

the actual spout is out and i don't have time to get a pic...this is a pic i took a while back. The spout is a little gray pill looking thing that plugs into that connector.

at a second glance, that may just be tape ha ha, but the spout is in that area...look for a connector w/ a little gray pill looking thing plugged into it off of the ignition module wiring...

I don't think you plug into anything...you just make sure the spout is disconnected????...not for sure on that...

I'm sorry, if you can't figure that out, you need to take it somewhere or find someone thats able to do it for you. Thanks for the laugh though.

You need to realize that things seem more complicated than they are until you do it...go install your air filter or something

I think it is a perfectly valid question...I've made them many times myself...just because 'you' know it doesn't mean it is retarded to ask...
