Ok, I just had new side stripes put on my Mustang. I see that there are numerous bubbles under the decal. ( They are about the size of a pin head. )
The body guy that installed them, said this is normal, and they will go away with time.

Have any of you delt with this?
Do they, in fact "go away"??

Thanks in advance! :flag:

Graphics express says to wet the decal face with soapy water (to protect teh decal from scratching), take a pin and poke a small hole on the crown of the bubble, then carefully squeegee it flat.

sounds like something the body guy should do. once you start poking around on his work, i don't see how he could be held responsible for anything.

Good points posted above, But a closer inspection of what the Bubbles are should be done.
Depending on the Decal type, a sticky backed one can pick up small dust particals while being applyed.

A hair dryer will warm the decal enough to squeeze out air or water with a smooth flat tool.

But with someone esle doing it and you paid for it it shold be correct.
