I'm getting in a new pair of headlights on friday and was wondering if anyone could offer any tips or advice on the installation? What problems did you have that I should look out for? Also, is there anything extra that needs to done in order to offer better protection from moisture? Here's a pic of the set I ordered. Thanks!!

Wear a pair of those shop gloves. I took the skin off every knuckle on both hands when i was doing it. Other than that, its pretty straight forward. Take out the old lights, pop of the clips that hold the plate on the back to the lights and swap to the new lights and install.

I did this recently (the lens)...and you just undue the 2 bolts holding it in and pull it out slowly so you don't rip or distort the rubber seal or break part of the adjusting plates...and then you swap them...I used a flathead screwdriver to pop the clips off (be careful their sitting on plastic) and did the swap and then installed them in carefully with the seals sitting correctly...and then you bolt them in...and I believe you use a 5/32 socket to put on the adjusting studs (2 that are adjustable by that method)...and make them go up or down or side to side...I believe you adjust with the headlights set on "high"...and cover one of the lights up or unplug it and do a light at a time...jricker has a "copy and paste" post about it if you want to do a search for his screenname...

Does anybody know which stud does what when you turn it in a certain direction...???? It would help me out also...
