looks good man. what did the painter say those spider web cracks were from. my front bumper looks the same way. I like your car number on the back trunk lid also.

Paint looks good, I like the Carbon hood.

Spider/stress cracks on front bumper are from not using enough flex additive in the paint.

thats what I thought I guess Saleen is good at not adding enough then. Because it apears I am not the only one with the problem.

you guys will be surprised to hear this. the front bumper on the car was cracked so bad the painter said because it had been painted TWICE before prior to my purchase. so the only answer i have is that the car was damaged during delivery or saleen sucks balls at painting and do these cars in a hurry. he said it was the most work he has ever done in his career to prep the front bumper. thankfully, he didn't charge me any more money for that. there's no explaination i have for the previous paint work.

i had to have new numbers made for the fresh paint. a local sign shop did the banner, new chevrons, and four sets of numbers for $60. i'd like to see saleen match that. we didn't know the font type so the numbers were drawn free hand and you can't tell the difference. everyone that has seen the serial number on the back loves it and say it looks like it belongs there. i got the idea from a another saleen owner who put his number on a painted nitrous bottle in the trunk.

That looks SWEET!! I really like the bumper number in the rear as well. I am really messing with the idea of putting lamans stripes down my car in silver...
