I am putting a 1984 302 in my 1966 Coupe. I am pulling the 6 and keeping the C4. What would be a good torque convertor to put into it, just for a daily driver.

You want it to match your powerband. No point in getting a higher stall if the power is all down low. For the street...I wouldn't think anything above 2800 max would be too fun

Any particular make and model that would be right for it being a daily driver.

I would have a back up tranny if you are using an i6 c4. They have fewer clutches and smaller servos. Stock cam = stock converter.

Sorry, but brianj5600 is correct. The C-4 in your car now will not handle the power of even a stock 302 for very long. Don't waste your time installing it just to have it fail. I'm not sure but you might/should be able to upgrade your tranny to V8 duty by adding the extra clutches if the drums will allow it....but this I am not sure about. If not then you need to bite the bullet and go find a C-4 out of a V8 car and use it.
