I have the arp instruction's and they recommend with alum heads to use their arp moly lube with 60ftlb. Is moly lube the only way with alum heads or can use use 30wt motor oil like they recommend for cast heads? What would the torque be if so? I want to put my heads on tonight and arp is closed for info.
