I just installed new reverse eye leafs, KYB Gas-a-Just shocks, and a 3/4" Rr. Sway Bar on my stang, but my repair manuals do not have the torques for the front and rear leaf spring bolts and U-Bolts. Does anyone know the torque specs for these? I'd hate for something to come undone...

The front and rear eye bolts should have lock nuts, just snug em, without putting too much "squeeze" on the bushings. You want to compress the rubber some, but not to where it severly deforms it.The U-Bolts are a different story. I torque the crap out of them to stretch the bolts to where they don't stretch later and loosen up. A 1/2 bolt needs to be torqued to about 100-110 ft/lbs. A 5/8" bolt, even more.

Thanks guys. I'll get a before and after pic of the rear-end up today.(I gotta tell ya', even though I have the reverse eye leafs, there is not much difference in ride height)

I tear into the front this afternoon.(1-1/2" drop springs and Shelby Drop) I should be done Wednesday, NLT than Thursday so look for before and after pics of that as well. Wish me luck.
