Can anyone tell me what size torx I need to get to the headlight switches? The two on the back of the dash pod up against the windshield.

Thanks,

Kyle

It's either T-10 or T-15. Don't remember which.

t-25. But you don't need to take that off to get the switch out. You can pop the switch out from the front. There is two tabs you can access in order to get it out, and it will just pop right out.

If you cant remove them from the front I've successfully used a 7mm socket to get those suckers off.

Flathead screwdriver.

Come in from the side and gently pry the tabs in and wiggle the headlight switch out

I second that. After my plug went bad I had to take it out everytime for two months(got so good I could do it with a finger, wouldn't recommend it) to get the lights to work.

May I ask exactly why you are taking it out? Did you get a new one?

I got them out, easy as pie. I just wanted to splice into the headlight switch wiring to light up some gauges that I'm installing in the center vent. I ended up splicing into the hazard light switch illumination wire. It works great and was easy wiring right down to the new gauges.
