Track Heat Intake And S/C

My plans are to run the stock H/C and upgrade the intake to a track heat. My question is can I run the intake on the car before I install the S/C? I know its a big intake for stock H/C but it might be a couple of months before I can get the S/C and tuned. Anyone running a larger intake without any problems?

you can use it now without any problems. it just wont make the same amount of hp without the supporting mods.

Would even be worth putting it on before the S/C? I planned on add the headers the same time as the intake.

you will see a gain, just not the same as you will with the supporting bolt ons. i would go for it.
