Trade or no trade?

well i asked the dude man about it more in depth, he said it was his buddies car, and he was going to buy it before it got vandelized. When it did get vandelized the owner mentioned to the insurance company he was looking to sell it, and i guess they totaled it right there, then this guy bought the car from the insurance company last year, and he drove it like 60 miles after changing the filters, oil and plugs, and then parked it for 12 months. i told him ill bring a battery, plugs, and some other odds and ends because i plan to drive a car before i buy one. he said thats fine he just doenst have a garage. he said that he doesnt really want to work on it, because if he does then he might as well keep the car. idk, im not in a huge hurry to look at it. when the snow and crap clears up, i might take a day and go down to look at it. i found leather seat covers for 180 bucks for the front, and 180 for the rear, and i found another guy on craigslist that is parting a 98 stang, and i can get the dash, and center console for about 65 bucks. brand new carpeting for 140 bucks. and i can get a heck of a deal on paint. but like i said, im probably not going to take a look at the car until it starts to get nicer out. so it might not even be for sale then.
