Should I trade my '95 GT for a buddy's '94 Cobra?
Here's as much as I know or remember about both... with the cobra I will be pretty much be starting from scratch again but it was kinda nice driving it for a day... nice and quiet, exhaust wasn't rubbing, ran great, suspension's stock which has its pros and cons, mine rides like a cut coil civic. My car just has all those little annoyances.
I will keep my Saleens thats about it everything else will go with car

My '95 GT:
149,000 miles
Tan Leather-Bad shape
Paint- Fair Shape
Everything in my sig
The bad: Driver window needs window track, rear defroster needs repair, passenger window needs motor, needs new gauge cluster, have a miss i can't figure out, rear needs repair (vibration above 75mph), coolant leak
I know I'm slackin but it's winter and my DD

The '94 Cobra:
104,000 miles
Paint- Fair Shape
Black Leather-great shape
pretty much bone stock
The Bad: It's bone stock lol interior light doesn't work after ripping out aftermarket alarm, throwout bearing's makin a little noise, brakes need to be fixed, as much as I know

Post pics of both stangs if u can, but I would do it unless your car has a ton of mods... 94-95 Cobra's are pretty rare nowadays & are easily one of the best looking SN95's....

I would based on what you stated. And it is a Cobra with its OEM upgrades over GTs. A fresh start is not a bad thing.

The best thing I ever did was get a DD other than the stang. That being said..
from looking at your mods, I would definitely stay with your GT. Who cares about resale value? Our cars are 13-14 years old, they aren't worth anything. I don't own my mustang so I can someday sell it and make money.

Kinda makes me wonder why someone would be willing to part with a cobra for a run of the mill GT that isnt in outstanding shape. Doesnt make sense to me but hey if its as good as it sounds, Id do it.

Yea, he will most likely back out of it but he was just driving mine around for a day and said he loved it... don't know why lol. He's always trying to get something different/better but fails to realize that the cobra is a nice car and he should hold onto it. With a set of gears that thing would walk my car.
