i am dropping my car off tomarrow at a tranny shop to have a torque converter put in. and a tranny cooler. i have a aluminum radiator that i havent put in the car yet. im running the stocker right now. should i put that aluminum radiator in the car before i bring it to the tranny shop.or will i beable to remove the old one later without taking the tranny cooler off. i just dont want to pay for something
and then take it apart again. i was going to do it myself but i cant pass up the price that ken gave me.

You can wait, depends where they put it,and how they mount it.Either way it shouldnt be a problem, putting a TC in isnt rocket science! But it shouldnt be a problem. They'll probably put it behind the grill in front of the radiator!

Willys is right. Normaly they just mount to the front of the A/C condensor or the radiatior if you have no A/C. Since you already have the radiator why not take it with you. They are already going to be disconnecting your factory line in rder to hook up the coole. I bet they wouldn't charge that much more to just go ahead and install the radiator as well.

Put the biggest cooler you can find in from of the radiator, flush the cooler lines before installing new TC...rout from rad cooler then trough external cooler.
