1. go to parts dept and get new rear seal for trans
2. go to Sears and buy a seal puller
3. jack up car, remove driveshaft
4. remove seal
5. install new seal with hammer
6. reverse disassembly

When it is hot in the summer I get nothing. As it cooled off I started to get 1-2 drips per day like last winter. Now it seems to be 3-4 drips per day on the garage floor.

this man is correct. its the rear main seal. you dont actually need a seal puller though, i never use one. just make sure when you put the D/S back in, you put it in right. that thing is balanced ya know, or should be. and the reason its only in the cold is b/c cold contracts things. so the rear main seal gets smaller in the cold, thus it leaks fluid
