I have an 06 GT 5speed, anyone had any whinning noises from their tranny? I recently had a noise coming from the bell housing area, thought it was the throwout bearing, but turns out that the noise starts when the the car is warmed up and at idle, with the clutch in or out and it does it intermittenly not constant. So I went ahead and replaced the clutch new throwout bearing and pilot bearing since it had already close to 90k on it, so after I bled the clutch started the car and after it warmed up the noise came back WTF! anyone have any suggestions?? The tranny fluid was replaced about 10 months ago with fluid from Ford, car has no leaks tranny shifts perfect and like I mentioned the noise only happens at idle at about 550rpm's. Just above that rpm the noise goes away, then comes back when the rpm's settle, any ideas before car gets traded in?
