My tranny is making some bad noises and looks like it finally took a dump. I'm not excited about buying a TKO 600 but just looking to see what options I have? Are there some beefed up t45s that are reasonably priced or maybe a built aod? Not sure what is involved in swapping to an auto or what kind of pricing I would be looking at.

yeah get a T-56 or something like that almost bullitt proof

Screw the TKO 600....get a T-56. If 4.6 cobra style, make sure it has the viper input shaft . If viper spec, hello great milage and never having to replace it LOL.
