Installed h-pipe, now it won't shift right? AOD

I installed my h-pipe yesterday, it's from pacesetter, and has no cats.

Everything is installed fine, except the smog pump hose.

I drove my car around last night, and everything was perfect, I was driving it today, and it was perfect, I turned it off, and when I got back in I was driving and I noticed that it started shifting very early, and it wouldn't upshift.

If I put it in 1, it will rap out fine, but as soon as I put it in D, the highest it will rev from a stop is 2.3rpms, and then it shifts into second, and soon after (30mph) it shifts into 3rd.

What could be going wrong, could my smog pump hose be causing this, and if so, why wouldn't it do it from the start?

If I disconnect the battery, will that reset my computer, and I can see if it's a computer issue?

if your new h pipe has the spot for that smog/air tube, re install it......( what kind of pipe is it catted or no cats?)

they make o2 sensor wiring harness extenders for your o2 problem.

as for the tranny shifting issue, not sure, fix the other stuff first then see what happens...

Ok, i'll try to re-install it. what exactly does the smog pump do?

Here is another thing... I drove the car last night, and today, and wasn't having any sort of problems at all, the check engine light would come on, but I was assuming that was beacuse of the 02 sensor being unplugged. It was running fine, and felt great, and sounds awesome.

well if you have an h pipe with cats, and that smog pump tube, it puts in extra air to the cats, if the cats are designed for an air tube they need to have it.......someone else can probably give the specific of extra air and the converters, the scientific part, lol....

yeah your light may be due to the o2 sensor not being hooked up........i think www.50resto.com sells them, maybe someone can chime in that knows of other places, their quite a common part i believe. www.fordfuelinjection.com might have them too

Ok, i fixed the problems. It's still shiftin all crazy.

It won't even hit 2.5k rpms if I floor it from a stop, then it shifts into 2nd, and shifts into 3rd at 30mph. It won't upshift, unless I come to a complete stop.
