hey guys I have a problem I need some help with. I have a 87 gt 5-speed and the clutch petal is really hard to push in and I have broken a clutch assembly rod. If you are in traffic after a few mins your calves are pumped from the work out. I replaced the clutch, piolt bearing, clutch cable, throw out bearing, clutch quardant. What else could it be. thanks guys

Did you check your bearing retainer? If it is gouged up in any way, it will be really stiff. If you do a search there are quite a few posts about this.
