I still think it's a solution looking for a problem. News organizations tend to harp on one sided arguments and never both sides. I'm not for reassignment surgery in anyone under 18 nor targeting preteens with an agenda that pushes sexual orientation towards any of the various letters assigned the that movement. I do think making kids aware there are different people in the world is not a bad thing. I guess it's a fine line but I don't look at it as indoctrination. If there are concerted efforts to push it's not wholesale in education.

My worry is there are those who may need a surgical solution but are then blocked due to unnecessary laws. I had an aunt who was born with mostly female parts but had the pubic bone of a male. She could not have kids because of the bone structure inside her uterus. She had to have surgery to remove that in order to function as a female. My concern is with this rush to "save the children" that needed surgery to save someone's life is going to hurt someone much the same way as restrictions to abortion have done since Roe vs Wade has affected life savings abortions. There is an incident locally where a woman was having a miscarriage and was told to leave the hospital and come back after she had completely miscarried because the hospital was afraid they would be held liable. Meanwhile she nearly bled to death.

Another fear is the negative publicity always seem to lead to some unhinged individuals lashing out. There are millions of untraditional families in this country and they could be targeted just because they are different. We supposedly live in a free country but to some it means only if you live and believe a certain way

I'm still not afraid of rainbows. To each his own.

I think the whole problem with any issue we are dealing with, are the radical views on either side, who can’t accept or understand the other’s side.
I have no problem with how people want to live their life, as long as it makes them happy, but don’t push your way of life on me. And I won’t push mine on yours.
People also need to be allowed to decide for themselves, without being influenced one way or another from the age of 5 when they start school! Like I said…. teach the facts, not opinions. Math is all facts! Science is facts. History is facts. Who the teacher thinks was on the right (or wrong)side of the history is opinion, and need not be introduced!
It all comes down to just “live and let live”, but unfortunately too many people can’t grasp that idea either.

It's just a microcosm of oppositions as a whole. They don't feel they are being heard so they resort to extremes. The kneeling protests, BLM protests, COVID mandates, Jan 6...all get taken to an extreme. I mean who cares id a trans person is on a can of beer? I'll grab a 12 pack of Bud Light from Target and drink it at Disney. Makes me no nevermind.

If the news stories on their sales figures and stock prices are true I'd guess alot of ppl care. I rarely drink and hate the taste of beer so they didn't loose any sales from me. How does a no name actor land an indorsment deal by pandering to young ppl on tiktok and social media though?. Got famous for being an over the top cartoonish version of a transgender person as far as I can tell. They really missed the mark on that one, maybe people are just sick of the pandering bull these days.

Take a circus clown (no offense to clowns) and put one next to any one of the 95% of trans-confused-gender persons and you can hardly tell the difference, well, except clowns are funny.
This is an observation by me and my opinion.

It's not necessary a wholesale boycott. There is a stigma attached to it more than a boycott. It's kind of a joke. "I ain't drinkin no gay beer" nod nod wink wink. I keep seeing reports of beer coolers full of Bud Light but in several stores leading up to Memorial Day I made it a point to take a look. Bud Light was no more full than any other brand. It's just like anything else. Once the news dies out the sales will come back. It's just like any of the 2 dozen or so "boycott" incidents over the last few years.

Judging by sales and stock price, there hurting the companies bottom line. It means nothing to me... Now this I have a huge problem with... This does not belong around 1st grade children in a public school setting and hiding it from parents is even worse... This was the local school yesterday reading to 1st graders.

Trying to normalize things to young children is a form of indoctrination. This is not an issue to some people because god forbid they get called a name for disagreing with any one in the lgbtq+ camp. Dont get cancer, you might get called a nazi if your white and bald these days or just disagree with the radical left leaning one's lol.. I don't have any issue with the person pictured, I do have an issue with them being in a public grade school and young kids being told to refer to them as aunt brianna.

Now if this was some religious dude reading the bible the would hit the fan with the people who are ok with this being in a public school.... I'm not religious at all just making a point. A teacher hiding this from parents and telling 1st grade kids to call the person pictured '"aunt" anything shows there bias and beliefs. It something impressionable young children should not be learning from an authority figure in school without as much as a parents consent.

Once you can convince society to accept a dude in a dress as a female, and that men can become pregnant and menstruate, it's over.

I'm convinced the vast majority of us are not convinced, we're just tired of trying to have a reasonable discussion with people who have lost all reason.

This is the kind of BS you get when you claim a bigger issue out of small, almost non-existent one.

The fact that the state thinks its harmful to tell the parents, the one they blame, when oh , its to late and the kid regrets the none reversible "treatment" the pushed on them.... Here's a perfect example that they literally blame the parents who went along with that ideology..

This place is sort of like Russia. Talk bad about the administration and you'll find yourself tossed out a window.
