Transmission Help... What to swap out tired T-45 with

Just hit 67K miles, 12K since the KB blower install and the T-45 on my 2000 GT seems to be on the brink of coming apart. I'm looking for a good replacement candidate.

I've been reading about the new TKO's and have written TCC Automotive about a possible application, but no answer yet. Any ideas on what would be a good upgrade while also being a rather straight forward swap?
