Transmission problems T-45 need answers

My tranny burned up 4th gear after about 600 miles on a rebuild.The fluid is blowing out of the shifter(MGW)at RPMs @5500 in 3rd and 4th.Any ideas why the tranny is throwing oil that high in it.I think it blows to the back drying the gears out causing them to burn.Anyone else have this problem.
My number are 478rwhp and 490rwtq.

maybe over-filled? what type fluid are you using?

Dextron III and it is filled to the bottom of the fill point.But still it is making taking the oil from the front burning up the gears.I had 700 miles around about on new gears and the were sharp and burnt.

well I checked to see if there were any oil slingers in there that could have been install backwards but, no. now there is a vent on the rightside of the trans, maybe its clogged?

Yea he replaced the vent with a new one.How many oil slingers are there in the t-45?
