$200 last time I checked. But I can't remember from where. Maybe Summit?

Do a search on the 5.0L tech section. They have more threads about rebuilding T-5 transmissions than we have here. Same transmission except bellhousing/input shaft, which won't affect the rebuild procedure.

Do you have an auto or 5-speed?

its a 5 speed

I got mine from www.ddperformance.com they run $160 or something like that. That was the cheapest I found and it a great company to deal with.
