Does anyone make a full exhaust system for tri-y headers on a 66 fastback?

sure...your local muffler shop. Put on the headers, and creep (to avoid the noise Nazis) or trailer down there, and have them bend/weld you a set of pipes. Add mufflers and crossover to taste.

That way you know it fits, and they do exactly what you want.

Not what you were looking for, was it?

I think thats what I will do to make sure I get a good fit.I also was wondering what Flowmaster fits the best? I can't remember if it was the 2 chamber or 3 chamber.I think 1 was quit a bit bigger and a little harder to get to fit right, and is the 2 chamber quite a bit louder?I like the smooth sound the best. What do you guy's suggest?

Do they make bigger tri-y's? I know most are 1 5/8" primaries to 2.5" collectors. I'd like to find 1 7/8" to 3" if they make them. The car can't take long tubes anymore. Not to mention one of my tubes is almost smashed flat. One too many crappy roads on Woodward.

I installed Doug's tri-y's with an X-pipe, Borlas and mandrel bent 2.5 inch over the rear axles and out the rear valance set-up. I purchased everything seperately and drove it all down to the shop to have it installed. You gotta love the sound of open headers, and noise Nazis be damned

I Failed to mention that my back hanger (the only one the muffler shop put on,those sorry B1tches) broke and the headers holding the wieght of the pipe is what broke the welds. After giving the muffler shop chances to redeem themselves, I bought new Tri-Ys and the American Thunder system, Installed it myself and have had no exaust problems since. (It even passes inspection on the first time around now)
