Trick flow intake

Will the trick flow intake clear underneath the stock shock tower brace? Is this brace needed on the vert? I see some people with it and others without, i would think it is good to have so whats the deal? Have people had good luck with this intake? And lastly where can i get a elbow for cheap? Thanks Dan

Almost any aftermarket intake wont clean that STB. A lot of people just take it off because its pointless unless your doing autocross. Your vert should be fine, there are many people on here with verts and no STB. If your worried, I thin steeda has one for sale that will clear the aftermarket intakes.

If you have a vert, I would go ahead and say buy an aftermarket one. When I removed mine for a little bit, I felt a difference. But I also Auto-x, so I need all the lateral support/strength I can get.

Summit has the elbow for like $80.00. It is the cheapest I have seen.
