I am about to replace the orings on my injectors and cannot get my intake off. I can get to the bolts on the 4 corners but can't find a socket to get my 2 top bolts off. It is a 12 point and is inset in a hole on the intake and looks to be a 3/8 or 10mm but I can't find one. I can go get one but would like to know what size it is for sure before I drop alot of money on 2 full socket sets. I have tools out my a$$ and really don't need anymore except for this 1 socket. Thanks guys/gals.

Why would you buy two full socket sets just to get two sockets? Almost all parts stores and hardware stores sell INDIVIDUAL sockets.

Because I didn't know what size and if they were standard or metric. So I would have bought a small set of each.

its always good to have a whole set just so you dont have to keep running to the store to get one tool whenever you find you need another size. been there, done that. plus its cheaper to buy em as a set than to get them all individually.

btw, 12-point 5/16's for the top two, 12-point 3/8 for the lowers and the passenger side ones you can actually get a socket on, drivers side needs a box end wrench.
