Trickflow R Upper Need to repair to sell

I have a 75mm staggered port Trickflow R intake. Problem is the front passenger side bolt tab is cracked (not broken off). I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this. Or if theres a place that will weld this bolt ear. I would really like to sell this piece. But i would like to fix it first.
