Trunk Rear seat divider

I put one in a 66. Its really going to do much in the event of a catastrophice rear end collision as the fuel can still slosh over the wheel wells and other location, but it might stop some of it.

You are talking about the seat divider (vs the tank cover/armor) then?

How was the installation on it?

I got mine from American Pony for around $80. It fit right in.:nice:

When I put the sound deadening kit in there was a section that is supposed to go from the back seat floor area and extend into the the trunk.
Instead, I fastened the heavy material to the steel divider with plastic push in "Chistmas Trees". It makes a big dfference in road noise.

I'd like to mention again, the benefit of tankarmor is that it protects the floor of your trunk which is the gas tank. If you are like me and put a lot of **** in your trunk (daily driver) then that should be something you consider.
