I took out my coolanr reservoir tank to clean it.. Its full of very old grease and the inside was pretty dirty too.. I scrubed it with hot water and soap, which took a bunch off.. But there is still alot on it, i'm wondering if it would be safe to soak it in bleach and hot water, or spray it down with break cleaner? I dont know if such harsh chemicals will eat through the plastic?

I had the same problem when I still had mine. I used the greased lightning in a purple bottle from autozone. If the soap doesnt work, try that stuff.

True. The purple stuff is very harmless though. I use it on carpets. Best all purpose cleaner/degreaser I have ever used...

I got it pretty clean, used the soap and a brillo pad.. Came out good, except the inside had some black stains on the bottom, some of it flaked off, but there was still some down there.. Not sure what it is from.
