My goal is mid high 13's. would that be possible with my set up listed in sig. 3.73's installed, transgo reprogram kit aode-hd2 and 3500 stall? heads ran high 12's on an lx fox 5spd, 3.73 e cam 1.7rr headers, h and flows. cobra u/l intake

I think you'll be in 14s as well. If you get it tuned you might get into the 13s but I wouldn't bet on it. Street tires? Track elevation?

I also think low 14's is more likely. Your combo will be making more HP than mine but you'll have less torque lower down, and you'll also have about 120lb more weight. Your high stall TC will help but not enough to reach 13's.

Get some et streets, adj upper control arms, and some lower control arms, sub frame conectors, and get the torque boxs welded and PRACTICE launching. I think that should get you into themid- low 13's.

Loose some weight too.( 25lb in fender, spair and jack, back seat, front sway bar, dog bone)

4.10s instead of the 3.73s plus a set of drag radials and you should be able to run into the 13s.

This is waaaaay over kill. Torque boxes? Adjustable upper control arms? You'll be in the 12s long before you need either of those. I had subframes, a completely stock suspension, and slicks running mid 13s.

Agreed! (As long as you get the tune modified to shift with the 4.10s.)

I was refering to a good susp setup for the strip. No you dont need adj control arms or tourque boxes welded. But to put up some GOOD 60's 1.5-1.6 that would be ideal.

The reason I say weld the torque boxs is because with aftermarket uppers you will need them welded because of they are spot welded from factory and tear easy.
