OK here's where I'm at.
Problem...
Car stalls every once in awhile when I stop, or one time when I was in 5th and held the clutch in so the rpms went down to idle. (I noticed the battery light was on and the service engine light - I have since replaced the battery w/ a brand new one)
Also, pretty obnoxious rattle when engine is under load especially around 2.5k rpm - sounds similiar to an exhaust pipe rattling beneath the firewall but It doesn't look like that's what it is.
Now in narrowing this down I have:
changed the plugs...rechecked after about 500 miles to make sure they were all securely tightened...(drivers side, second plug from the front the coil or wire boot doesn't seem very tight on the plug - possibly problem?)
cleaned the IAC valve twice
made sure there are no vaccuum leaks.
changed the PCV valve
Now what's weird is the rattle sounds exactly the way pre-plug blowout rattle sounds or is described anyway, but I feel like I have thoroughly followed everyones suggestions from threads ive found and all plugs are tight etc.
