tune-up!! what all to change?

gonna do a tune up, first 5.0 so don't wanna leave anything out, i know plugs wires cap etc. but anything particular to the 5.0

Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, air fliter, pcv valve, fuel filter, fuel injector cleaner, coolant flush, serpentine belt, radiator hoses, thermostat, oil and filter change, and check the timing. you will be all good with that. That thing will run like a champion!!!

Nice list. I'd add the PCV grommet and screen as well as other fluids (trans, rear end, brake fluid, etc) if the vehicle has some miles and you dont know the service history.

I'd add a bottle of seafoam in a vacuum line. I've had good results with that.

All of the above + clean the MAF, throttle body and IAC. Check TPS voltage, check all your grounds and clean the battery terminals if needed.

Just take it off the side of the throttle body, I think two screws hold it on. Soak it all in carb cleaner and get all the gunk out.
