Does anyone know why my diablo tuner will not correct my Speedo. I have a 2001 GT and I have 3.90 gears and I set it correct and install but the speedo is still off 10 MPH. I followed the instructions for installing the tune but still no good. any advise??? Also I need to retard the time a few degrees but not sure how much or what to set it at. I'm running a MMR 850 mod with 10.5 to 1 comp. Thanks

If you're loading the factory horsepower tune, (87 octane) you can't modify it, unless you've got the latest revision.
But it you update your predator, you won't be able to dissable the rear o2 sensors.

I do have the option to set it...But I have no clue to set it at.
I have 245X45X17 tires if that helps...

So per Tire Calculator it should be set to 785 so I'll try setting that tomorrow and see what happens.

At 785 you will still be off. I had 245/45/17 on my car and when I compared the cars speedo with the GPS, I was off. I called diablo and they told me to set it at 823. Low and behold it worked.

I just want to be sure your sig says your running 4.10's im running 3.90's so would the 823 still be right?

Your gearing shouldn't affect your tire revs per mile as these are set separately. Tire height is what affects tire revs.

Good point lol. Now does anyone know what I should set the Spark Advance to if I want to retard it 3 degrees? I'm running Higher Comp then stock so I was told I should drop it back a few.

Diablo's ability to alter your timing is minimal. It's not in degrees, it's in percentage.

Not ignored just stupidly misunderstood on my part. I finally loaded the Diablo tune with the correct adjustments and I retarded the timing 15%. Everything is running good at this point and the speedo is correct. Thank you very much for your help everyone *better late then never*
