I'm lookin for a 4.6l tuner in the philadelphia area. The only place I know of is evolution in Aston. I live right outside the city, kinda in the middle of everywhere, anyone know a tuner with a good reputation?

There is a fantastic shop in Perkasie (20 miles above Philly). They specialize in Mustangs of all types. They Dyno tuned my HO 5.0 in my F150, and did an amazing job.

This would probably get more responses in the northeast regional section, but I'll suggest to you what the majority of them will tell you. Kauffmans in Dillsburg, PA. It's a 1/2 hour south of harrisburg. I have heard nothing but positives and know several people that have done business there.

evo perform is ok, but they lock the tunes so u cant touch them which i didnt like. they are also totally biased toward their parts, and wolnt touch anything for a good price that isnt theirs. and the guy fred is very opinionated also. his mechanic is cool tho

Didn't know they were bought out either...hopefully they keep up on the good work I've seen from Kauffmans in the past. Are the same people working there w/ just an ownership change or is it all together different?

+1 for jd's i had a full pi swap done there and the tuned also, they do high quality work, but they are a little pricey. I know several other people that have went there too and nothing but the best. best part is if you dont want to go far its about 5 min outside philly.

I was thinking guys who worked at Kauffman's bought it, but i'm not 100% sure on that. I still haven't been able to make it there to have any work done yet.
