Tuner needed

Hi, I'm looking for a 5.0 tuner I can purchase, make, or download software for that will allow me to custom tune my EEC-IV. Primarily so I can change the firing order to the Non-HO 302 firing order so I don't have to buy a new cam, but also so I can learn to tune the EEC.

Can you point me in the right direction?
