the car is hauling the mail!
i finally got a good launch on the 275/50 m/t radials. 18psi boost.

60ft----- 1.58
1/8 et--- 6.47
1/8mph- 110.58
1/4et---- 10.00 (so freakin close!)
1/4mph- 137.17

best mph was 138.5. the car was unloading the tires about 20ft out (except for the 10.00 pass). the car is hitting the 6400rpm rev limit about 50-100ft before the finish, so it has a 140mph run in it.

That turbo is really working. What is the rest of your combo? I would guess a VERY strong block for starters.

i'm keeping the rpms down (6400), so it should last a while (crosses fingers).

thanks! taller gear for next year i think (3.08). i'll lower the rpms too.

i haven't taken the vid of of the dig camera yet. i'll do it tonight and put it on putfile.com.

i built the engine. i'm certain the car would be faster if it was built by a pro, but i LOVE messing with that stuff. besides, i'm so low buck, the car has used pistons and lifters!

no, you are wrong...you built the motor just like a pro, but they would have used new parts and charged you a ton of money..you intalled used parts, and your car is still f*ing fast...just think if you would have installed new ones lol

it's alot better. i went 5mph faster with 100 less rpms. slippage went from ~13% to 9%. i can live with that.
