i could trade a 2002 turbo(70mm) gt with 54,000 miles for my 2000gt with 85000 miles straight up. the 02 is a rebuilt title car and mine is clean title. the 02 is dark green with grey leather and mine is black with black leather. was bout to get 7400 for mine from a dealer but saw this. hate the salvage title but it was built with all new oem parts and looks nice. just wondering? anybody think its worth the trade?

I wouldn't because of the title, go back to the dealer and get the $7400 if you still can.

no, i would never buy/trade to get a turbo car, the only way for me to have a turbo car is when i build mine myself, i have big plans for a single turbo build down the road. i want 700ish on pump gas, but everthing will be able to handle 1000rwhp (motor, trans, rear, fuel system ect.....)

and ricers trade cars........

I think you really need to know more about the car before you trade. The question is, why would he be willing to essentially downgrade from a nasty car? Probably because he is sick of having issues and problems with his car and wants a stock turnkey car. This is something you need to think about.

too much that can be wrong. what fuel system, engine mods etc does the turbo car have?

sounds like it has some issues that he is tired of dealing with if you ask me. high HP cars WILL have problems. i always find something when i drive my car.

Turbo cars are a pita in most cases...your going to end up with something that probably doesnt drive or run right and has a rebuilt title....i say no way

yea. he wants a black, black leather car and that one is bullitt green with grey leather and he has another turbo setup for it for his new car he wants. i just dont have any money to supercharge mine so im tryin to find a deal to buy one installed already. cant find to many trades like this but that salvage title sucks!

Right...im sure hes just willing to trade his salvage title, turbo mustang that hes undoubtedly put a ton of money into just to get a different color car...think about it dude there is something seriously wrong with that picture...ANY trade like that smells of foul play! Keep the car you got!
