HP performance, B&G, Ponydown, PTK all make kits. B&G turbo, and Ponydown ,I believe are the most affordable. You can check out my photobucket I got lots of turbo pics saved.

B&G that is the kit I run and Brian's customer service is far beyond what he should do. There were nights I was calling his cellphone asking about things. Top notch kit too!
If you want my kit is for sale for $3,000. Its a 74mm turbo, upgraded wastegate, upgraded BOV, upgraded intercooler, and black powdercoated pipes. Comes with everything you need. With this kit my car made 480rwhp 507rwtq @ 8psi of boost.

JFYI- PTK is now out of business.

I too have heard great things about B&G. Luckily for me he is about 3hrs away so when it comes time to fab my downpipe up I'll be calling him as I know of some other local guys that have done the same.

I run a "Turbo Technology INC" Race kit on my car, they do have a 94-95 street kit that will get you where you want to be. They have been in the buisness since the late 80's and have been running Turbo Mustangs along with many other types of cars longer than most if not all other company's currently out there now, and that says alot if you research the web of failed or failing turbo system company's

Turbo Technology Inc.

I have been running TTI's setup for over 6 years now. You can also do a search on The Turbo Forums.com about TTI's history.

There are alot of people running TTI's street kit that they had purchased many many years ago, craftmanship is top notch.

Also they deliver the kits on time.

and living only 10 minutes from thier shop doesn't hurt me either
