turbo swap

just got ahold of a 88 TC with a 5spd, want to put it in my notch back and was wondering can i just swap ALL the wiring and not have to worry about repinning anything? or do i HAVE to repin the computer?

Repinning the computer is worlds easier than swapping the whole wiring harness.
