ok, I've seen some of these devices before, and I know most are crap. However, this one seems to be electric, curious to see if this is worth blowing $70 dollars on. http://www.turbonator.com

theyre all crap simply by design, not worth the $70... get pulleys or cai or subframes or save a bit and get a shifter or something worth while
