Nipomo, Ca
Hi All! I'm Mark. I live in Nipomo, Ca (just a little bump in the road on the Coast of Central California). I just bought a 65 Mustang, 200 6, 4 speed, power drum brakes, "Pony" interior. It's pretty much rust free (a miracle, I know), but is an electrical nightmare. I'm in the process of installing all new wiring harnesses (which ain't easy for an old fart), and hope to have it back on the road in a week or so. This is my 3rd mustand coupe, 1st in the mid 70's, 2nd in the early 80's, and now this one. It's gray & primer, and I've named it "Raggedy", because it is. And probably will stay looking that way (unless I win the lotto or something). I hope to learn a lot here, and possibly connect to any of you folks who might live nearby.

Oh, it's very Raggedy. Just not rusty. I'm getting the new harnesses in, and more things keep popping up. I went to unplug the old fuel sender wire today, and the whole center of the sender came out. Fuel everywhere (nothing like a little gas in the armpit). So, another order to Kentucky Mustang. At least all the bad gas is out of the tank. I think front shocks and new doorlocks and ignition is on the docket for tomorrow. Thankfully I can take my time with the project. Thanks for the welcome.
