Turn signal reverse light question.

I have a 67, I went to replace the front turn signal bulbs along with one of the reverse light bulbs and upon removing the houseing there doesnt seem to be anyway to get the buld out and in. Whats the trick? Is something suppost to come off that Im not seeing? Thank for the help.

Just so everybodys on the same page. You dont have to pull the housing out. Just take the lens off and take the bulb out as described above. Now they are not easy to get out. So dont break the bulb and cut yourself. I just pulled one out of the backup lights to test the circuit and like to have never got the bulb to go back in. Also watch what bulb you use, Seems like the backup lights have a non standard bulb in them. Its not like the #1156 and #1157 used in most lights.
