There are many things that can cause that problem. I went through hell fixing mine. It could be the multifunction switch. Or it could be the ignition switch. to test the ignition switch I would take off the guard around the around the column. it is held in by three screws. then take off the plastic trim under the column. it is held in by two screws and clips. After taking it off I would inspect the large wire harness near the ignition switch on the right side. It is held in by tamper resistant torx screws. Sometimes the white plastic piece comes off of the metal piece and there is no electrical conection to let the blinkers work. I did not have tamper resistant torx bits, so I had to hold the white piece to the metal piece with zip ties. It did fix it. Good luck.

have you check to see if the blinker fluid is low?

sounds like the switch is bad?

Remove your headlight switch and the hazzard switch. Look very closely at the wires as they go into the hardshell connector. The retaining pins inside the hardshell connectors tend to break off, allowing the wires to come out of the connector and no longer make contact with the switch(s).

The turnsignal "system" goes through both of those switches, and if one or more of those wires is loose your turnsignals won't work. That is what happened to mine. I replaced both flashers and the multifunction switch, and it fixed nothing. I pulled the headlight switch and the hazzard switch and found a few wires had come loose from both switches. I got new connectors from the dealership, swapped the wires from my connectors to the new ones, replugged them into the switches...and everything worked.

Only my left blinker doesnt work. The hazzards work however so i know its not the bulbs. All fuses are good and I checked the turn signal and the hazzard switch. All seems to be in proper order as far as wires making contact. And I know the Fox bodies are notorious for having bad turn signal switches. anyone know what wires are what that conect to it? I would like to test it that way. Any suggestions?

It sounds like its your turn signal switch. If the hazards work, then you know the bulb, ground, and majority of the wiring are okay; This narrows it down to the wiring from the turn signal switch, which would eventually be spliced with the wiring from the hazard switch, so that pretty much narrows it down to the turn signal switch or the connector at the switch.

i found that my blinder didn't work because the connectors behind my flashers has melted. so i spliced, pulled an identical spare connector, and reinstalled. blinkers worked like a charm. if i was you i'd check the flasher connectors and the flasher button to make sure it's working.

You might want to take a GOOD look at that connector AND your ignition switch. There was a recall (that is still in effect) for faulty ignition switches that can cause a fire. When I was installing my e-fan I wanted to tap into the wire coming from the ignition switch, and when I was under the column I looked closely at my switch, and it started coming apart. Upon further review, I noticed that the inside of the connector and the inside of the ignition switch both showed signs of melting.

Your local Ford dealership can check your OASIS and see that you should still be covered under the original saftey recall, which will replace your ignition switch (for free obviously).
