turn signals

my turn signals and a/c, heat, vent.....will not work when i turn the engine on, but if the power is on but not the engine they will work...i have replaced the flasher, ignition switch, and fuse... any one got any ideas on what is wrong....its a 91 GT by the way

sounds like an ignition switch. but i would look at some scamatics and use a test light to find the prob
