I'd heard that The Black Box car wax kit for black vehicles was about the only thing worth a darn from Turtle Wax so I spent the day using it on the Stang. Dang, it is awesome.

That looks amazing. I had bought some turtle wax when i first got my stang and am not a fan at all. But with results like you got i just might give that kit a try. You should send in those pics and be the official spokesman for this stuff

LOL, I thought the same thing. For 15.99 at Walmart it was a steal. There's more than enough in the kit left for another treatment.

Looks awesome! I prefer Meguiar's products, but those look like some awesome results! Two of my brothers have black trucks; I'll be sure to show them these pictures.

Yea, my car is due for another all-out detailing (wash, clay bar, swirl remover, polish, several coats of wax; plus the interior). Mine hasn't been done in over 4 months now, and it's starting to show. Water doesn't bead and I'm noticing the tiny swirl marks more and more. I normally spend a whole weekend on it. And I sleep like a rock every night afterwards...

I'm really glad your black mustang is one of the few that doesnt have swirls. Looks clean man.

btw. Do you have wheels spacers. I feel if your back wheels are flush, with that ride hight and those wheels, you're car would look extremly sick.

no spacers. Are you saying you think it would look sick with them? I've been thinking how to make my stance more aggressive. thanks again.

I think it would look more aggressive. You can try it out, they're only 100 bucks or so. Not much you can lose.
