Tweecer Issues here. Please help!

Hey guys, I just got a used tweecer installed today. Everything was going relatively smoothly.

I am just starting so I was just doing basic stuff l like figuring out how to read my eec and save it and write it to a switch. I was able to write the stock file to a switch and run the car, however the data logging was not collecting data, Does the tweecer have to have the data log info written to it for data log to work properly? the time would run but no response for the dash board.

Now my real problem,

My issue is: I am not sure if i accidentally wrote a wrong calibration to a switch because when I move it to that switch the fuel pump constantly runs??! To fix this I thought I would just write the stock file to this switch (while the fuel pump was running) this caused cal edit to begin writing but crashed and gave a message about "null" something.

After this the fuel pump turned on seemed to be much louder too so I the switch to by pass the tweecer and get back to square one. When I attempted to start the car, it barely turned over and started clicking like a bad ground or low battery.
I should also mention that when the car was running before the tweecer, the voltage has sort of been oscillating a little. Like a possible bad ground.

Well guys sorry for the long post.

I would like some input from you guys, is there a way to erase everything written on the tweecer?

My tentative plans: Put the battery on a charger, clean grounds, reinstall software, hopefully format the tweecer? The thing I dont get is why the car has been starting fine and now started that funky starter kind of bad ground clicking right after that crap happend with the fuel pump.

Ok so I let the battery charge for a while and the car started up iwth the tweecer by passed and started with the stock program on switch 4. Does any one have any answer to my other questions?

yes you need to select what things you want it to log, also re-read the manual posted in the sticky for some help, its for an older version but some playing around will get it to work.

Sounds like the J3 port is not clean enough...this is a REALLY bit PITA issue to get it clean enough. It took me 3-4 cleanings to get clean enough.

hm I didnt think about that, I noticed there was electric grease on it. I sort of wiped it with my t shirt because i wasnt sure if it was suppose to be there but I didnt clean it.

So would that cause one of the switches to run the fuel pump you think? The other switch runs ok.

thanks. I have the most recent manual, my mistake was that I didnt read that one first. I relied on the sticky that doesnt really hold your hand for the begining type stuff.

As long as I didnt break anything, I am happy.

oh ya are you suppose to make it squeaky clean?
