Two reallly stupid questions

Ok, Im going to ask two really stupid questions. Im not even going to bother puttin on the ol flame suit, because I probably deserve to get burned.

Question one: How long will the mach 1 shocks and struts last with the H/R super sport springs? Or will they not blow out anytime soon?

Question two: Can we bolt up the stock 03 cobra blower to a stock 04 gt. Same modular engine right? Except for the 2v-4v stuff. If not, can someone explain to me why not? Not cost effective? Not possible? If not, then whats the absolute cheapest blower. I really like the whine of the eaton's. Thanks for your help.

Don't know about 1 but 2 I can answer partly.


No, because the heads are different, the intakes are different, the engines aren't really the same, I'm not even sure if the 32v engine is considered part of the modular family. I think you can put the intake blower etc on a Mach engine but it's not forged so it wouldn't take as much power.

Get bilsteins to go along with the H&R's.. especially for the rear.. but if you are low on dough, the mach1/bullitt (tokico) struts will be alright for the front.. just not ideal.. You want to order shocks and struts for a lowered mustang if possible.. Someone may correct me, but I think with H&R's you would want to order struts and shocks made for a 93 mustang (shorter shock).

I have the bullitt struts/shocks, and in the rear they are just too harsh for my liking
