Buying a digital SLR was the best thing (photography-wise) I ever did. I'd highly recommend it. You'll never have to buy film again. You can see what you shot immediately. You have much more flexibility with lighting. Shooting 300 pictures costs exactly the same as shooting one: nothing. You don't have to carry around ten film canisters on a two week vacation. One 4GB Compact Flash card will hold hundreds of 8-megapixel images. Individual prints are very cheap.

Need any more convincing?

Did u dye the pony on the floor mat? never seen the yellow before...
Get a digital. even the cheap ones are better than film imo. The convenience factor alone is worth it big time. i still have both, and havent used film in years. easy to get your pics on the net too!

under the tarp is my friend's (94gtho's cousin) accord coupe that had a built h22 in it. very fast car. but it caught on fire. were in the process of taking the stuff thats worth anything off of it before we have to junk it when the driveway gets resurfaced.

i could probably only sell this camera for 100 dollars or so, and the cheapest digital slr is like 400 so i cant really make that happen. plus a film camera will always be the same, it wont become outdated as digi's do.

what advice do you have for me to fix the odd color and grain in my photos?

digital SLR is so nice, Its so great not having to mess with film although Ive never had to I cant imagine how much it must suck. I take a lot of pictures and its nice just to be able to erase everything or upload etc.
