Ugh....issues out the wazoo! HELP!

Odds are that the two B/W wires connected to the box terminal belong to the Windshield Washer Pump Test Connector. Power is applied to the connector to energize the washer pump motor. The box terminal is missing the connector shell.

remember the TPS needs to be between .98 and .99 i believe.

That is an Internet myth. The TPS can be anywhere between .6 and 1.1. If you search around a little you can find the exact values it must be between. The computer reads the TPS voltage everytime the car is started and baselines to that voltage. My TPS is around.85 or so (I can't remember now) and the car starts, idles and runs like factory stock.

if mine goes out of the .98 and .99 range it wont start

Take the mas air meter sensor off the housing and check the 2 little filliament looking things on the bottom. back when I did my MA conversion on my 87' the sensor that came from e-bay had one broken and the car would fire up but not run. Once replaced all was well.

Also, from the pic it looks like it's clocked odd, could just be the pic tho and I would unwrap the tape off the wires and solder and shrink tube them.
