Teens Linked To Stolen Tire Rims
Two teenagers are facing criminal charges for allegedly having stolen property in their possession. Brandon Harold Wright, 16, of Smithfield and Ra’shawn De’vonta Clark, 16, of Four Oaks are accused of having stolen chrome tire rims in their possession. The property, valued at more than $3,000, was reported stolen from the home of Benjamin O’Neil on Keen Road in Four Oaks on December 8.

Weird. I'm not sure about NC State law, but in Pennsylvania you cannot disclose the names of minor children like this in the paper......

Glad they got caught.

Unfortunately they are only 16 and the juvenile system will "protect" them. They should toss them over in county jail with the adults...heh.

Ha I was about to say the same thing...looks like the punks that are in my 'hood.

I guess that's why I don't mind having curbed up stockers on my car right now...if I ever get a place with a garage I'll get some silly wheels.
