UPDATE on my stolen rims

Sorry buddy im behind the screen when the mugshot is being taken, anyways this is not about me its about some kid that likes to steal. It's sad because our juvenile system works great but with individuals such as him its not going to do anything. Most teens who get in trouble learn their lesson from one mistake, but if they get 4 felonies by the age of 17, ohh man there is no hope in sight. Could be alot of things to blame though, kid could have had an effed up family life. Sad but what can you do, we all make choices.

I'm just saying this could anybody, given the right nurtured situation and or enviorment and upbringing, your lucky and got smart early and or on time I assume:shrug:. If you have plead guilty to a speeding ticket or parking ticket your considered a criminal or offender in the eyes of our great society, so most of us should relate just a little bit. Oh, are you a cop, if so, then my hat goes off to you. These kids will learn or die getting taught:(, if our penal system don't teach'em then the world will:nonono:. Great path to death by; in your words someone's "Glockenspiel."

I agree, some people are predispositioned to crappy lives while others make crappy choices. I wish the world was a better, safer, place for all of us since we all breathe the same air, but its not. What can you do...

Glad they got caught.

Unfortunately they are only 16 and the juvenile system will "protect" them. :( They should toss them over in county jail with the adults...heh.

x2. It will be a slap on the wrist. "They are just children...you can't lock them up, they can be corrected." BULL$HIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Those two screw ups look exactly like the ones up here I caught breaking 14,000 dollars worth of glass and damaging sheet metal in our yard. Cops came, arrested them, released them because they were 14 and 15. It went to trial, nothing happened....they got tethers and were on probabtion til they are 18.

And to the OP...I'm glad you got your rims back. I'm glad those two little f***s were DUMB enough to pawn them and get caught for it.

A bit pre-judgemental wouldn't you think, any one of us could have been one of those kids. The "smart" criminals are the ones that trust people they shouldn't or give themselves up, or run for office and take kick backs for votes for certain laws or bills! Careful who you call criminals, that could be you w/a mug shot and someone saying the exact same thing about you.:flag:

I dissagree, life is about choices, it wouldnt have been me because ive always been smart enough to make halfway good ones and im not a thief nor have i ever been one. Neither did i hang out with thugs when i was that age so again, no that would never have been me.

Human emotions are more complex then anyone can imagine, this could very well be you. Two seemingly identical choices are very different depending on your enviorment, age and so on and so forth. You can say that easly b/c its not you, sometimes people have No Choice, not saying they didn't have a choice, but some people, and society only sees then end result and prejudges w/o giving thought to the offenders complete past. We don't know these kids and there direct past, only what our government has recorded and labeled. It Was a Sh###Y thing to do, I agree, You forget, that some of our Law enforcement, Politicians, Civil Cervants, and our most trusted Officials have had pasts like these kids and turn there lives around, and you would never have known what they have been through. All you can do, and this is easier said then done, is shake your head and hope they fall out of the easy path of idiocracy.:flag:

We need to rehabilitiate! Now I gotta find that roll eyes smiley.

You get a second felony charge before you're 18 on this matter and the kid needs to go away. Apparently his "rehab" didn't work. Slap my hand instead of punishing me I'll probably do it again...

Without joining the debate on nuture vs nature .... :rlaugh: .. glad some level of justice is being served.
Got the rims back and a loser is identifing himself early in life to the world. :nice: Whether he learns now or later, we are all happy this case is solved and can move on.
