Well i spent about 2 hours under the car with a wire brush, rust remover and got plenty of rust off, alot of parts were obviously brown but I got alot of the thick layer of rust off most of the bottom of the headers(bad part). I got it to a point where it was as smooth as I could get it. I bought some Dupli-Color High Heat with ceramic coating, dyno heat tested Aluminum spray/protectant that takes up to 1200 degrees of heat. I spraid a few coats of what I could get too, but spraid the parts that were bad. take a look, at least it won't get worse from here. Still waiting for Mac's reply to my email....
